Saturday Update

First of all, i hope this post will post and you can see it.
The reason for this being that my internet connection, which is usually high-speed, is now running slower than turtles… or molasses in January, depending on where in the world you are! :)
So i just want you to know that i have tried to read your posts, (it takes about 15 minutes to load one blog), and comment, but by the time the comment box loads, i get the lovely “Internet Explorer cannot display this page” notice, to which i breathe very heavily and sometimes have to walk away to avoid chucking my computer clear around the room. Not that it would help, but the mere thought of walking outside with my trustly little pc and grabbing all the cords and swirling it around my head like a lasso, then releasing the metal box of nuts, bolts, circuits and chips, watching it soar through the air then land far, far away from me in a cloud of dust with a somewhat muffled thud makes me feel a little better.
But then, i remember that my friends “live” in my computer, and if i did that, i would surely miss you all! So, i digress, and am now posting just to let you know that i am still praying for you and your family Mama SeWell. i am working on our wedding post and then a post about A1’s miracle journey, Sneaky Momma, and Sybil, i miss you too! i wanted to reply to your email about the restaurant gift cards, and the ones you sent tonight, but i can’t get up enough internet speed to get things out of my outbox! Ma to Quads +1 sent me an email last night, and i replied within the hour. It didn’t have enough strength to get out until after i called the ISP this morning, and that was the only email i have been able to send today! :(
On a happy note, i did get to spend some time visiting with my parents at their house, which is always nice. A1 loves playing at Nanny and Pop’s, and i love helping with computer stuff. Of course, i love to visit with family, so that was the main joy.
Memaw, i will get a note to you on Facebook, but don’t expect it before Tuesday, which is when my ISP says i may finally have some high-speed service. Of course, they won’t make any promises, but this is when they think they may be able to get to my trouble ticket!
Viv, please tell Rose Happy Birthday from me, since i can’t even get to her blog. Sarah, i’ll be waiting to hear how the big boy bed works out, and maybe next week, i’ll be able to load your blog too! (thank goodness for feeds, but i want pictures!!!) E, congratulations on the dedication, what a wonderful milestone. We are still trying to figure out where we want to settle in for Line to have a church home. Amazing. Almost six months here, and we still don’t feel settled in some areas of our life.
Please know i love you all (even the ones i haven’t mentioned), and will comment as soon as i possibly can. Darn the slow computer anyway!
Have a great and blessed Sunday, and hopefully, i’ll be back on for Not Me Monday!
