But i had to post our latest milestone! Getting A1 to stop moving (sort of) long enough to create a hand mold was a challenge, but since i know where she gets her ability to fidget, talk, concentrate on a thought, and play with toys all at one time; i have no reason to complain. It brought a chuckle to think to myself that i can out manuver her, at least for now!
She’s growing so fast, i had to get this mold done, because by this time next month, who knows how big her hand will be. Right now her whole hand is about as long as my thumb, but i know i can’t stop her from growing.
i can’t help but think that she has God’s fingerprints all over her! Every little detail of her person, her body, her mind, her talents, her thoughts were all planned out and perfectly orchestrated by the Master Creator, and man did He outdo Himself on this little beauty! When people tell me how cute or pretty or precious she is, i find myself telling them that it took 13 years to create her. Now, i’m not sure that it’s true, i do wonder whether God was creating her all that time (which is a blink to him), or if He just put that much love together at her conception. She truly has parts of both Beef and i in her, she has most of his physical traits and a few of mine; she is more closely matched to his personality, however, she enjoys talking, just like her mother! A perfect combination of the two of us. i wonder how she can do things just like her daddy, when she’s so brand new. But she does.
At any rate, i’ll treasure her little handprint forever, and may i never forget to keep looking for God’s fingerprints daily!
